Working directly with the Parent Fellowship Manager and, at times, the Executive Director, the Parent Fellows will lead community engagement and public education revolving around the need for a new education funding formula in Delaware, in addition to other education related issues. No previous knowledge of these policies is required.

- Identifies interested parents and community members
- Hosts public education events around funding reform in person and virtually
- Understands the specific needs of their county and the communities represented therein
- Trains and coaches parents and community members on how to advocate for education funding reform
- Recruits community advocates to be active participants in the movement to reform education funding in Delaware
- Maximum of 15 hours per week

- An ability to learn new software or technology quickly

- A stipend of $750 a month will be paid to Parent Fellows
- The Fellowship will require a maximum of 10 hours per week time commitment
- Some travel within your county will be required
