On December 16, 2016, Delaware Public Media published an article that included DelawareCAN Executive Director Atnre Alleyne’s comments on Delaware’s teachers’ union (DSEA) recommendations for the Every Student Succeeds Act plan.
In response to DSEA’s recommendation Alleyne stressed:
“You plan, you do something, you get more funding and then, if it doesn’t work, oops, let’s try again and look for the issue,” Alleyne said. “But kids can’t wait.”
