Chemical Engineering Major, University of Delaware
Luis is a chemical engineering major at the University of Delaware. He has a long list of academic accomplishments and a history of leadership. Luis was a Secretary of Education Scholar, earned a full International Baccalaureate diploma, and was a Co-Salutatorian for Sussex Central High School in Georgetown, DE. Luis is passionate about improving equity in education and ensuring all students have access to quality coursework and learning. He is a strong believer in student voice and the need for youth advocacy and activism.
